Wireless help, Thursday afternoon

During an ongoing ITS survey of students, many Mac users reported ongoing difficulties with dropped wireless connections, in spite of numerous network improvements by ITS in the past year.  If you are experiencing difficulties in using the wireless network, we invite you to bring your wireless device to the Living Room in Elrod Commons from 12:30-3:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 12.  ITS staff will help you address the problem, and the information you provide will help us to plan for service improvements.

If you are unable to attend the Thursday event, you can seek assistance for your wireless problems at the Information Desk in Leyburn Library, during regular business hours: 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Friday and 6-9 p.m. on Sunday.
