Outlook Live status (Feb. 26)

Some students have reported that legitimate messages from faculty members sent from Sakai are ending up in their “junk” folders. ITS is working with its Sakai vendor to resolve this problem. In the meantime, students can ensure that Sakai messages are delivered properly by selecting a legitimate message in the junk folder and choosing the option “Add Sender to Safe Senders List.”

A number of students have reported seeing the following error message when attempting to use their Outlook Live accounts: “Your mailbox appears to be unavailable. Try to access it again in 10 seconds.” Students who encounter this message should contact the Information Desk (x4357 or help@wlu.edu)  and provide details concerning the time and circumstances of the problem.

Check on the announcements section of the ITS homepage at http://its.wlu.edu for further updates on Outlook Live.
